Allecats Smile

You people look at her and always see a smile,
but you can't see behind her cheerful mask.
That hides the feelings of her life.
She keeps them all locked up and hidden deep down inside.
She gets hurt quite often, she'll never understand why.
Every time it happens, she fights back at the tears,
telling herself don't do it, it's just a waste to cry.
She tries to think of a good reason, some she'll never figure out.
She looks at people equal; she is never unfair, she never judges, she won't even insult your hair.
The words: perfect and normal are loathed in her eyes,
she never says she is what they mean, cause would be a lie.
The only thing she can be is herself no matter what people think or say.
So like a song on repeat she wears a smile each day.
But you never ever fooled old Dad.

I wonder how many times through the years you came into channel and I'd say "Hey you old allecat", and you'd reply, "Hey, you old bets". I will miss you ya old allecat, very much.

I remember with such fondness all the laughs we had many years ago when you would come in as SwtPain and your sisters Kshandra and Polychron would join us. The 3 of you always reminded me of The Three Sisters.. which is what the stars in the constellation Orion's belt are named.

Now you've taken your place in the Heavens. When I look at the night sky, I'll look at Orion and know that you've found your your Peace. Rest well my friend, and know that you are loved.
