Hi, I am married with two teens and live in London, UK. I am a freelance
journalist, providing copy for a variety of magazines, national and regional
newspapers. I also carry out PR work for local and central government and
write short stories for adults and children.

My main outlook on life is to pack in as much experience as I can while I
can! So far I have tried parascending, parachuting, paragliding, gliding, abseiling,
trekking, mountain climbing, pot-holing, Outward Bound courses, territorial army
training, shaolin, canoeing and orienteering. On a quieter note I enjoy travelling,
being with my kids, reading, keeping up with current affairs, arts and crafts and
chatting on-line.

I also have a keen interest in the paranormal and psychic abilities.

I am not sure why Abraham Lincoln looks like he is fighting me off!

I love animals - particularly moggies (cats) - so I had to include a pic of

my daft ginger tom too. His name is Oliver and he is a big softie.

As you can see, I also posed with Michael Caine - I am related to him in real
life - but this is the closest I have ever got to him :-)
